The entire script these scenes are based on is discussed in the book, Regeneration. It's an excellent book and I highly recommend it. I own a hardcover copy autographed by Gary Russell. Anyway, Borusa is in it and he plays the Doctor's GRANDFATHER! And the MASTER is the Doctor's half-brother! It's quite an extraordinary script!
