Thought arising from "Deep Breath"

In "Deep Breath", the Doctor suggests that he subconsciously picks his new face based on someone he's already met. So, obviously there should be fic where earlier Doctors meet characters played by later Doctors' actors. Just for starters, how about One and Robin Hood, Three and Rasputin, or Six and the Double O Men?

I haven't actually read either of them yet, but I know there actually was a BBC Past Doctor novel where Three takes Jo and Liz to revolutionary Russia and they meet Rasputin, and I think there's a story in one of the Short Trip anthologies where One and the gang meet Robin Hood, but he looks just like Ian rather than Two.

In this expanded Universe, I suppose it's inevitable. Still, there are plenty of other possibilities for both Doctors.
