Discussion Post: Criminal Lack of One-fic...

It occurred to me that, really One isn't far behind Two on Teaspoon, on the shameful-lack-of-fic-front. (Especially if you discount post-Chase Ian/Barbara and pre-series Gallifrey fic which sometimes gets put in here.)

I expect the reasons are similar, although feel free to discuss.

What sorts of fic would you like to see more of - which of his companions? Any thoughts? Any ideas you've been sitting on? Share them here!

And, you know, there is something quite like no other season, in that that first year, which is one long adventure in which Ian and Barbara discover that just about anything can happen...

Not to mention, Daleks, history, TARDIS-weirdness, a Celestial game-player, and comedy stories. And then there's that first step into the here and now with The War Machines (Ben & Polly!), and the Cybermen. And the Doctor himself - is he dark and unheroic, a line-fluffing giggler, a time-travelling hero, a grandfather, an exile? Who is he?

Two brief bunnies...

One very small bunny that I've been meaning to send away for a while now. I believe it's big enough to leave home...

1: Discworld crossover, ish. Every time I hear a Disc fan say something is "an abomination unto Nuggan", my brain insistently tries to make it "an abomination unto Duggan". Anyone want to do anything with that?

I did have another bunny, but I think I need to ask our mod a couple questions first. *goes to hunt for the page-a-mod post*
