Discussion post - Ninth Doctor

Your errant mod returns, but this time I at least do finally have a discussion post. There will be updates and *gasp* even a Prompt of the Month for February. (And there has been fic lately, too! \o/) The holiday challenge will turn up - cunningly - at a different holiday, possibly even disguised as a ficathon. So, I am a neglectful mod, but I am listening and hope to be much better in 2013. (More when I have a proper update post in the next week or so.)

In the meantime, here's a chance for you to share some ideas and thoughts about the Ninth Doctor and his era. Have you got anything you've been dying to see somebody write?
