Xover with Matilda?

<b>Plot Bunny Summary</b>:
I've never had a plot bunny bite me this hard before and this is the only place I can think to leave it. It's kind of crackish and came up after watching Matilda the Musical in London.

In all three versions of Matilda-book,movie,musical-at the end, Matilda's parents have to leave in a hurry, and Matilda ends the book leaving with Miss Honey. My thought was, what if instead of dodgy business dealings/the mob/whatever that caused them to leave, the Doctor had a hand in that instead.

Double points if there's a scene with him and Matilda.

Triple extra points if it's the Seventh Doctor, who I had in mind.
<b>Any Other Notes</b>: I'd love to see this as I have great bunny spawning ability, but little writing skills.

As I said before, I love the prompt! Thanks for posting it here. :-)

(Also, if you use an html template, like the one for this comm, it'll work if you post it into the html editor, not the rich text one - you can swap back to rich text once you've copied it in. Then the formatting should come out. Although these things always depend on if LJ is having a hissy fit, of course...)

Don't worry. But if you do ever really need to edit an LJ entry, you should find (depending on the layout) that there's either an 'edit entry' option, or a small icon win a pencil in it. (This comm has the pencil icon at the top of the entry). That should let you do it.
