Rules of the challenge
Fics can be as short or as long as you like. Please post wherever you wish but link back to this post via the comments (if short enough and you want, comment!fic is fine).

Bonus points for including as much of the original prompt as possible, but this is a free-for-all, so there is plenty of room for interpretation (e.g. same prompt, but variation of character etc.)

Those taking part will receive banners.

The challenge closes on Sunday 22nd July 2012.

I will post a reminder before then.

And, also, I'll just add that I've not seen many tribute fics for Liz appearing on Teaspoon or the main DW comms... so it would be lovely if this comm managed to generate some.

I had written it before the prompt was posted, so...

In another example of remarkable rapidity, it was approved on Teaspoon no more than five minutes after I uploaded it.
